Purchase of Products

1. Acceptance of Orders — Terms and Conditions

1.1 All information on the Website is an invitation to treat. Your order is an offer to purchase products (“Products”) from us on these Terms and Conditions. Consequently, all orders are subject to acceptance by us.

• If products are unavailable or incorrectly priced;
• If we cannot obtain payment authorization;
• If shipping restrictions apply; or
• If the delivery address is a freight forwarding service.

1.2 After you submit an order, we will send an order acknowledgment email. We form the contract only when we dispatch items through SkyEx International Courier and send a Dispatch Confirmation. Further information is available in our Refund and Returns Policy.

1.3 When placing an order, you must comply with security directions and inform us of any unauthorized account use.

1.4 Before submitting your order, you can review your selection and correct input errors.

1.5 Furthermore, we do not accept orders with delivery addresses outside the UAE.

2. Prices — Terms and Conditions

2.2 Rosemount Perfumes may vary product prices at any time without notice, but changes do not apply to dispatched orders.

2.3 Free Shipping Over 300 AED: Moreover, you get free shipping when you spend over 300 AED within 2–3 working days. Check our Refund and Returns Policy for details.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Your order cost is the purchase price plus any delivery charge.

3.2 We accept payment in AED specified for your shipping destination.

3.3 You confirm your payment method is valid and authorized. If payment is refused, we will not accept your order.

3.4 We are not responsible for bank charges applied during payment processing.

3.5 If your card is in a different currency, your bank may calculate conversion fees.

4. Invoicing

4.1 We reserve the right to issue electronic invoices under our Terms and Conditions.

5. Delivery and Risk

5.1 We currently deliver products only within the UAE.

5.2 Orders received on non-working days (working days: Saturday to Thursday, excluding public holidays) will be processed on the next working day.

5.3 SkyEx International Courier will contact you for delivery.

5.4 We store delivery information strictly for fulfillment purposes.

6. Cancellation and Returns — Terms and Conditions

6.1 You may cancel or return products in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Request cancellation within 24 hours by emailing info@rosemountperfumes.com. Report incomplete orders within 2 days via WhatsApp at +971-56-6724444.

6.2 Under our Refund and Returns Policy, free returns are available within 3 days for defects or mismatches. No refunds for COD orders; online payment refunds take 15 working days (Saturday to Thursday).
